Background
To accommodate the development of multi-qubit research, HQubit has overcome the spatial limitations inside existing dilution refrigerators by implementing high-density cross-temperature microwave wiring, while ensuring sealing and signal integrity for more qubits.
Set up
HQubit has updated the KF40 airtight flange to 24 channels of microwave coaxial lines, the LF63 airtight flange to 68 channels, the ISO100 airtight flange to 168 channels, and has achieved the integration of 400 channels.
Results
For modular superconducting processors, HQubit has developed solutions such as specially designed cables for reliable connections and second-generation ultra-thin cables for enhanced performance. HQubit has also developed sample box packaging designs with up to 1,000 ports. The research team has already applied some of these low-loss interconnect designs to modular processors.
Solution
Scalable Interconnect Solutions For Superconducting Quantum Systems, Supporting High-Density Wiring, Stable Signal Transmission, And Advanced Quantum Hardware Integration.
