The 8-channel RF Arbitrary Waveform Generation Module (gen1) utilizes a high-performance DAC. It can be used to generate frequency modulated (Z-manipulated) waveforms and bias waveforms for qubits and tunable couplers, as well as for generating characteristic pulses required by other equipment/devices. The channels are well synchronized and can be synchronized with a clock reference and trigger.
