To better provide comprehensive integrated cryogenic measurement and control products and solutions to the global market, HQubit became an independently operating company in late 2023. It primarily focuses on integrated solutions including room-temperature electronic instrumentation, cryogenic refrigeration equipment, cryogenic measurement and control cable links, and devices.

HQubit's operational headquarters are located in Singapore, with its financial office in Hong Kong. It has subsidiaries or joint ventures in the United States,

Japan, and Canada, an office in the United Kingdom, and plans to establish a subsidiary in Europe in 2025.

Since becoming independent, HQubit has its own independent technical research and development personnel, sales and support teams, and cooperative factories, adhering to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
